Breaking Cycles

Youth and family counseling and case management services are provided to youth in a home or school setting through the Breaking Cycles program.

Breaking Cycles is a component of the San Diego County Comprehensive Strategy for San Diego Youth and Families.  This multi-disciplinary plan identifies resources and strategies for providing an effective continuum of responses for the prevention, intervention, supervision, treatment and incarceration of juvenile offenders.
