Just Say I Know How (JSIKH)

Just Say I Know How is a drug abuse prevention program implemented at SAY San Diego's Extended Day programs.  Elementary school students participate in a range of activities and experiences that promote self-esteem, the ability to make healthy decisions and the skills to deal with pressures to use drugs.  The curriculum incorporates the latest research and provides accurate and consistent information to youth about drugs and drug use.

Eligibility: 3rd - 5th graders participating in a SAY Extended Day program
