Serra Real Connections

Serra Real Connections, the Healthy Start site located on the Serra High School campus in the Tierrasanta/Murphy Canyon community, collaborates with the high school as well as various community programs to serve the students and families in the Serra community. The focus of Real Connections is youth development through after-school activities, clubs, peer mentoring/leadership, tutoring and workshops. The program assists students in their emotional well being through individual case management, conflict resolution and support groups for communication skills, stress, self-esteem, grief and anger.

SAY San Diego serves as the fiscal and administrative agent of this collaborative.
