Community Assessment Team - Youth at Risk (Medi-Cal)


Community Assessment Team -Youth At Risk (Medi-Cal) focuses specifically on youth ages 8-18 who have Medi-Cal health insurance, have a mental health diagnosis, and are either in the juvenile justice system or at-risk of entering the system.  SAY San Diego counselors provide medication support, individual and family counseling and monitoring.
